I’m Natalie 36, based in Kent, and mummy to my gorgeous son, Jacob, who keeps me on my toes in the best possible way.I’m also a Neonatal Nurse and spent over 12 years working in the NHS. Long 12-hour shifts, commuting into London, and coming home exhausted became my normal. Like so many nurses, I loved caring for others but it was coming at the cost of my own energy, time, and wellbeing.

I knew something had to change.

So I made a brave (and slightly terrifying) decision to start an online business alongside nursing.

I now work part-time, doing just 9 shifts a month and the rest of my time is mine. I’m a more present mum. I’m healthier, happier, and no longer constantly running on empty.

And the reason I started this business is simple:

I wanted more. More time with my son. More freedom over my days. More energy and space to actually enjoy life not just recover from it.

Since starting this journey, I’ve found a supportive community of like-minded people, a renewed sense of purpose, and a way to work from home doing something I genuinely love.

It’s been life-changing… and I’m only just getting started.

Hi, I’m Leisa a mum of two boys, trained physio, online business owner and beach lover .

I started my business after realising, during my second maternity leave, that I didn’t want to spend most of my week away from my family in a job that no longer fulfilled me. I wanted freedom to world school my boys and create a life on our terms instead of being controlled by an employer.

Since starting, everything has changed. I’m on track to leave the NHS, I’m flexischooling my little boy, and world schooling is no longer just a dream it’s almost our reality. I am also the happiest I have been and so excited for the future instead of feeling trapped!

I started my online business in August 2023, and looking back, it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Before that, I was stuck in a dead-end 9–5, living paycheck to paycheck with barely any savings. The thought of doing that for another 40 years was terrifying, and changing jobs felt like swapping one cycle for another. I wanted freedom, flexibility, and a life on my own terms.

At first, I doubted myself. No one around me had ever built an online business, and I wasn’t sure I had what it takes. But staying stuck felt even scarier, so I took the leap.

Since then, I’ve met incredible people from around the world, found real support, and completely shifted my mindset around money and life.

In under two years, I retired from the 9–5 for good. I’m paying off my mortgage faster, travelling multiple times a year, waking up without an alarm, and finally have time for the things I love. Life now has less stress, more freedom, and the flexibility I always dreamed of.
